Everyday our classes feature a different WOD that changes in intensity, speed, load and time to create change & progression.
Plus, we have our own signature BASE-WODS that will act as benchmarks, then be repeated so that you can see results that are measurable.
Our knowledgeable coaches can scale the workouts down or up to suit all fitness levels.
