Mountain Fit 1.0
( 2 x 6 week cycles)*only 12 spots available*
Maintain your strength throughout the winter and make the transition from summer activities by following a focused, mountain-specific strength and conditioning cycle.
During this pre-season training program we’ll learn how to stay strong and supple without getting sore!
Mountain Fit 1.0 will feature low impact, beginner friendly options and is ideal for those new to fitness or who’ve been away from a fitness program for some time.
Tuesday & Thursdays 6-7pm

Mountain Fit 2.0
( 2 x 6 week cycles)*only 12 spots available*
Ready to take your winter prep to the next level? Try Mountain Fit 2.0! This program will introduce participants to progressive overload & increased intensities. Featuring 2 x 6 week training blocks, participants will be able to track their progress and see their skills develop week after week. The end goal having all participants heading into their winter sports feeling the strongest and most prepared they’ve ever felt! Previous experience is recommended but not required.
Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7 pm

Simply Strength- Noon Hour Series
If you’re ready to step into summer feeling the strongest and most confident you’ve ever felt, join Simply Strength. Using dumbbells and kettlebells, this 8 week program will introduce great form and technique and introduce progressive overload so you can see and feel results in the most efficient way. No burpees, no jump rope, & no BS- this class is as it sounds- simply about building strength and confidence. Ideal for those new or returning to Strength Training, no prerequisites required.
Mondays & Wednesday 12:10-12:50pm- all sessions are 40 mins long ( showers/change rooms on site).

If you’re looking for a cookie cutter approach, you won’t find it at BASE. We believe every person is unique and therefore so are their needs and goals. Our coaches will work with you to execute the programming in a way that will help meet your goals, whatever they may be.
Our programming is science backed to help you get the results you want. If you’re looking to build strength and endurance, mobility and stability, power and performance, you’ll find it here. We’ve got something for everyone.
Junior Athletics
For our Youngest athletes, this program helps young athletes begin to build great habits for a healthy lifestyle while building strength to help them achieve confidence in their sports and life.
GMHA -Learn to Train
Following the guidelines outlined in the US Hockey Learn to Train Program, athletes ( ages 10-14) will be exposed to Fundamental Movement Skills that are developmentally appropriate. They will also be exposed to Strength Training, Power Development, plus Speed & Agility drills and skills. The Fall session will be held Mondays @ 3:25pm for 60 minutes, September 11th- December 18th, 2023.
U18 is offered Wednesdays @ 7:15pm September 11th – December 11th
Kickstart Sessions
This program is offered in 3 x 1:1 sessions with one of our coaches. In Kickstart, you’ll learn what we call the BASE-ics so you are ready to enter our Functional Training classes feeling prepared and ready for success. Contact us to book your sessions today.
Golden Rockets
Golden’s Junior “B” hockey team trains at BASE during their regular season. With a focus on performance and recovery, these athletes use BASE to get the training they need for a successful season.
